Job Description

At our organization, the Assembly Technician role is key to delivering top-notch Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and related products. This individual will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless production operations from unpacking EGM cabinets to transporting completed units out of the production area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unpack and transport EGM cabinets into the designated assembly area.
  • Operate computer workstations to transfer EGM software onto CF (Compact Flash) and/or USB Flash Drive, following production documentation guidelines.
  • Configure electronic gaming equipment and peripherals in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assemble, configure, functional/Hi-Pot test & quality check Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), EGM Sub-Assemblies & Peripherals, adhering to SOPs and EGM configuration sheets.
  • Rework and/or repair assembled EGMs, EGM Sub-Assemblies & Peripherals based on configuration guides, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Manage movements of parts & machine trolleys within various production areas.
  • Process conversion, service & spare parts orders according to SOPs and accompanying production documentation.
  • Perform all quality checks and complete quality records.
  • Tackle quality problems proactively and provide feedback to other team members.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in a similar role.
  • A Trade Certificate in electronics, mechanical engineering or a related discipline would be highly valued.
