About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane. This is a full-time casual position with flexible start times between 6am and 9am, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, process orders, and address customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Convert Inquiries into Sales: Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into branch sales, exceeding customer service expectations.
  3. Provide Exceptional Support: Offer accurate product, service, and procedural information to customers, ensuring precise setup of new customer accounts.
  4. Manage Customer Accounts: Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally, processing credit card payments as needed.
  5. Support Operations and Sales Teams: Provide support to Operations and Sales teams, engaging in web chat support to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements
