We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in North Western Melbourne and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan.

About The Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. You'll utilise evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide support to participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.

You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, working collaboratively to drive positive change for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS participants
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and support networks

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
