Flexible Occupational Therapist Role in Western Melbourne

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in Western Melbourne. As an established therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide best practice, evidence-based occupational therapy services across the scope of practice to adults and young people with a disability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in various settings, including homes, educational settings, and the community, aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to support client goals.
- Provide indirect customer service and family coordination to support client goals.

- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- A willingness to improve on your clinical practice, including self-reflection and a focus on developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with.
- Care for the work you do and for the people you work with.
- Competency in a variety of IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy), and
- An Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, and a willingness to travel across Western Melbourne region, as required.
