Fulfilling Occupational Therapist Position in Western Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in Western Melbourne. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide best practice, evidence-based occupational therapy services to adults and young people with a disability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in various settings, including clients' homes, educational institutions, and community locations, aimed at maximising individuals' functional skills and participation while promoting physical health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, as part of a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Provide indirect customer service and family coordination to support client goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team environment.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
