Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

About The Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you will provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan, in North Western Melbourne and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a full-time position, but part-time opportunities are also considered.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilising evidence-based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans.
  • You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • You will attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact and contributing to a supportive environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
