This role will involve providing comprehensive and flexible therapeutic support services to individuals, utilising clinical experience and expertise in occupational therapy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote and facilitate access to primary mental health care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced level assessment, intervention, treatment planning and evaluation in accordance with professional, ethical and National Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to promote and facilitate access to primary mental health care services.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to support consumers in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualifications or experience in mental health therapy.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
