Role Overview:

Position Title

We are seeking a Village Manager to oversee the daily operations of an independent living community in Bundaberg, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth governance and services for residents.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential or facilities management.
  • Strong financial management experience and budgeting skills are essential for this position.
  • Experience in staff supervision and team development is also required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Governance:
  • Oversee daily operations and administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage finances, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure the community's sustainability.
  • Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
