Job Title: Retirement Community Leader

Key Responsibilities:

The Community Leader will be responsible for the lifestyle of our residents. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining efficient operations of the village complex
  • Directing staff and contractors as specified
  • Conducting performance appraisals in line with Company policy
  • Implementing strategies for continuous improvement to efficiency and operations
  • Maintaining grounds and buildings to a high standard
  • Providing emergency care service to residents
  • Organising tours or village outings as required
  • Maintaining work health and safety standards
  • Conducting tours for prospective residents
  • Assisting with marketing and re-leasing of units
  • Being educated on all products and services
