Your Role
  • Develop legally accurate information resources to promote fair, safe and respectful workplaces in the arts and culture sector.
  • Create trauma-informed website content, web-based resources and education materials on workplace relations topics for the sector.
  • Build and maintain a legal toolkit for plain language tools and resources.
  • Research, review and adapt content ensuring it is up-to-date including when legislation changes.
  • Provide specialist advice on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety and workplace respect.
  • Engage with stakeholders to draft high-quality public submissions, briefs and policy documents.
Key Requirements
  • Leyally accurate plain language skills.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of workplace relations and employment law.
  • Ability to build and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
