Your Role- Develop legally accurate information resources to promote fair, safe and respectful workplaces in the arts and culture sector.
- Create trauma-informed website content, web-based resources and education materials on workplace relations topics for the sector.
- Build and maintain a legal toolkit for plain language tools and resources.
- Research, review and adapt content ensuring it is up-to-date including when legislation changes.
- Provide specialist advice on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety and workplace respect.
- Engage with stakeholders to draft high-quality public submissions, briefs and policy documents.
- Leyally accurate plain language skills.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Strong understanding of workplace relations and employment law.
- Ability to build and maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
