Senior Workplace Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in workplace relations to develop and implement strategic frameworks, policies, and processes that foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to design and implement employee relations strategies that drive engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and maintain collective agreements, industrial instruments, and policies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide advisory support to optimize workforce planning processes and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct trend analysis and develop solutions to address emerging workplace challenges.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Employment Law with at least 5 years of post-admission experience.
- Proven track record in a management role, preferably in a large multinational organization.
