Job Title: Senior Workplace Relations Specialist

As a senior workplace relations specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and advocacy on workplace matters. You will support professionals and contractors in a specialised industry by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workplace resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support on workplace relations matters.
  • Represent members in Fair Work Commission and state-based tribunals.
  • Support and facilitate enterprise agreement negotiations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workplace resources.
  • Prepare submissions and monitor changes in employment law.

You are a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively. Your expertise in industrial relations, employment law, or related fields is essential.
