Role Summary

We seek a seasoned Workplace Relations Specialist to provide strategic guidance on complex workplace relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on enterprise bargaining, employment compliance, and major workplace changes to proactively manage business risks.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise bargaining processes to ensure high-quality agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Design creative solutions to address risk issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to positively influence business decisions.
  • Support cases before the Fair Work Commission as required.

Requirements:

  • Significant senior-level experience in workplace relations with a strong understanding of employment laws.
  • Negotiated multiple enterprise agreements and played a lead role in bargaining and execution.
  • Deep understanding of the Fair Work Act and Fair Work Commission practice and procedure.
  • Ability to balance legal/compliance issues with commercial business needs.
