Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our two-year graduate program in rehabilitation counseling.

The role involves working closely with experienced consultants to enhance workplace participation and facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers.

  • Evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries/illnesses.
  • Conducting assessments, including initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Administering specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing).
  • Identifying future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Effectively managing cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
