Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Coordinator who can effectively manage workplace rehabilitation across Western Sydney. Your expertise will enable you to develop tailored recovery strategies for injured employees, provide expert advice on workers' compensation legislation, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with key stakeholders, providing high-level advice on rehabilitation plans, and implementing proactive return-to-work initiatives. You will also be responsible for liaising with treatment providers, insurance case managers, and injured workers.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in human-centred case management, strategic planning, program development, and risk management frameworks. Proficiency in utilizing electronic claims management systems is also essential.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workplace rehabilitation strategies
  • Provide expert advice on workers' compensation legislation and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies
  • Liaise with treatment providers, insurance case managers, and injured workers
