**Job Overview**

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for Cloud Tech teams, sourcing and engaging top technical talent.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on hiring strategies and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough applicant assessments, evaluating skills and qualifications against client needs.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or cloud environment.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
