Job Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Expert

This is a senior-level recruitment consultant position available in the finance and corporate support space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency recruitment, with experience in Financial Services or Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source, screen and assess high-calibre candidates through targeted search and networking strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job specification, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop new business through proactive market research, cold calling and networking initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and contribute to team growth and mentorship
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services or Corporate Services
  • Strong business development skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
