About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Hotel Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting your colleagues with general operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the front office shift and oversee daily operations
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure procedures
  • Handle general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings
  • Take guest reservations and manage cash handling & credit card responsibilities
  • Set high standards for service excellence and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with property management systems or similar software
  • Relevant experience in a leadership or coordinating role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • A strong desire to progress your career
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
