With 145 design-led rooms, our vibrant Market & Meander restaurant, and the lively Merrymaker rooftop bar with sweeping views and cosmic cocktails, we're more than just a hotel—we're a hub of culture, food, and connection.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and every meal is memorable.

What You'll Do:

- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and presentation.
- Foster relationships with guests and local patrons to encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams for seamless service.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.
- Handle transactions with precision and care.
- Manage booking platforms efficiently.
- Uphold cleanliness standards and address safety concerns proactively.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar environments.
- Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
- Excellent communication skills; approachable and articulate.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications.
- Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions.
