About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Expert to join our team in the Employee and Workplace Relations branch. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support and advice on a range of employment matters, including complex and sensitive issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide authoritative employment and industrial relations advice to executive and senior management stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to build buy-in from key internal and external clients/stakeholders
  • Prepare technical reports, policy papers, and briefings on complex employment and industrial relations matters
Requirements
  • Significant experience in providing authoritative employee and industrial relations advice and issue management
  • Expert understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to the Victorian Public Service
  • Ability to develop long-term and multi-phased plans to influence others
