Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver expert HR advice and support to both management and staff on a range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  2. Facilitate recruitment and selection activities, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  3. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, managing disciplinary procedures, and resolving conflicts.
  5. Implement and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring equitable treatment throughout the organization.
  6. Contribute to HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance review processes.
  7. Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records and documentation, in line with legal standards and internal protocols.
  8. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to suggest and implement enhancements.
Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a comparable position, with a strong grasp of HR functions and best practices.
  2. Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
