You will work closely with both management and staff to ensure adherence to HR policies and contribute to the execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver expert HR advice and support to management and staff on diverse HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  2. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, which encompasses job advertising, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless integration into the company.
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, managing disciplinary procedures, and resolving conflicts.
  5. Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring equitable treatment across the organization.
  6. Support various HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance review processes.
  7. Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records in line with legal standards and internal policies.
  8. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to propose and enact enhancements.
Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a comparable role, with a strong grasp of HR functions and best practices.
  2. In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of fostering relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
