Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert HR advice and support to both management and staff regarding diverse HR matters, including employee relations, performance evaluation, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate recruitment and selection activities, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary measures, and conflict mediation.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring equitable treatment across the organization.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance review processes.
- Maintain precise and current HR records and documentation in line with legal standards and internal protocols.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to propose and execute enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a comparable position, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of fostering relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
