Key Responsibilities

  1. Offer expert HR advice and support to both management and staff regarding diverse HR matters, including employee relations, performance evaluation, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  2. Facilitate recruitment and selection activities, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  3. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary measures, and conflict mediation.
  5. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring equitable treatment across the organization.
  6. Assist in HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance review processes.

  8. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to propose and execute enhancements.
Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a comparable position, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  2. Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of fostering relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
