Job Title: Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our dynamic scheduling team as a Scheduling Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask under time pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.
  • Coordinate rosters for Community, Aged Care, and Home Care services using best practice staffing strategies.
  • Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing needs.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and rostering priorities.
  • Complete handovers, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate any concerns as required.
  • Contribute to WHS compliance and continuous improvement of rostering processes.
  • Take a proactive approach to staff engagement by offering shift opportunities respectfully and equitably.
