The Rostering Coordinator role is a key position within our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our national coordination team in Sydney. This permanent full-time opportunity will allow the successful candidate to utilize their skills in rostering and coordination while ensuring continuity of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building rapport with clients and support workers to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Creating and managing client rosters, taking into account the needs of both parties.
  • Frequent communication with clients to obtain feedback on roster performance and Support Workers.
  • Managing staff and Support Workers to meet client requirements.
  • Addressing any concerns and escalating these when necessary.
  • Regularly reporting client and staff progress, performance, and any concerns.
  • Ensuring all client concerns or questions are addressed promptly.

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Rostering and Coordination, preferably in NDIS.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in roster management.
  • A person-centred focus in all communications and duties to prioritize client needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
