We are seeking a skilled and pleasant individual to join our team as a Reservation's Consultant. As part of our talented team, you will work with a wide business portfolio of clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to converse with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong computer literacy skills to learn and operate our booking systems, including Prime works, with future improvements and upgrades planned.
  • Employ strong administration skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Utilize previous experience with CRS systems as an advantage in this role.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Good telephone communication skills for interacting with various clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong administration skills, with a focus on organization and time management.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
