Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs
  • To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  • To manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to onboarding
  • To analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
