Job Opportunity

This pivotal role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to define and develop top talent within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define what constitutes exceptional talent across various teams.
  • Develop succession plans and recruitment assessment tools using top talent insights, enabling swift identification of high-potential candidates.
  • Utilize talent insights to identify gaps between current state and future goals, making recommendations to the People Development team for targeted training and development initiatives.
  • Assist hiring managers in training talent insights, increasing awareness and accountability for informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to refine workforce planning strategies, attraction and sourcing approaches.

About You

You'll possess qualifications and experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related fields.

Familiarity with competency frameworks/models is essential, as it enables effective talent-led insights, succession planning, recruitment tools, and business performance improvements.

Strong analytical skills are required to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

A passion for building capability-driven solutions and driving pragmatic business outcomes through people is crucial.

A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and confidence when influencing diverse stakeholders are vital for success.
