**Job Description:**

The role of Pm Operations Administrator is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of freight through the depot. This includes managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to support timely deliveries and compliance with operational standards.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the Dangerous Goods (DG) processes, resolving freight issues, and ensuring clear and consistent communication between operations, linehaul, and customer service teams.

By maintaining organization and accuracy, this role contributes directly to service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to manage data entry, documentation, and internal communications efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and resolve freight discrepancies or delivery issues accurately and within timeframes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adhere to WHS and Safety Regulations.
  • Previous experience working in the transport and logistics industry preferred.
  • Experience working with DG documentation and compliance procedures would be an advantage.
  • Experience ordering materials / supplies and managing basic inventory control welcomed.
