Job Title: Operations Administrator

About the Role

This is a pivotal operational role that ensures seamless and efficient freight movement through our depot. The position plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of goods, guaranteeing timely deliveries and adherence to operational standards.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry, documentation, and internal communications effectively.
  • Resolving freight discrepancies or delivery issues accurately and within timeframes.
  • Demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to adhere to WHS and Safety Regulations.
  • Previous experience working in the transport and logistics industry is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient management of freight documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve freight issues and maintain compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records for timely deliveries and operational standards.
  • Supporting Dangerous Goods (DG) processes.
