Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to fill the role of ICT Technical Support Specialist. This position requires an individual with exceptional technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our team members and external clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, and collaborating with colleagues to drive business success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop connections.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and optimize our IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our IT capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as cloud-based technologies like Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with .NET and data analytics is highly desirable.
