**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality services to schools.

We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for technology and education, who can provide on-site and remote support across school environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of devices, equipment, and systems, providing technical advice to teachers and staff, and monitoring network connectivity issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, photocopiers, audiovisual equipment, interactive panels, CCTV systems, and mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) devices.
  • Conduct operating system installations and coordinate repairs, including managing warranty and non-warranty processes.
  • Log incidents through our internal request management system and liaise with vendor support teams.
  • Administer ICT assets and licenses and manage the decommissioning of outdated equipment.

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ICT support and device management.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and server management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly regarded.
