Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to join our Service Desk Team as a Technology Services Support Officer.

This role is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and advice to the school community in relation to ICT matters.

The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and management of small to medium-sized ICT projects.

Key responsibilities include working with Enterprise Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and SAS technologies.

Additionally, the role requires excellent attention to detail across technical documentation and the ability to work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of the development and implementation of small to medium-sized ICT projects.
  • Work with Enterprise Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and SAS technologies.
  • Provide technical support and advice to the school community in relation to ICT matters.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Management and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience (3-5 years preferable) working in a Service Desk role with exposure to enterprise network/server environments.
  • Prior education/school experience is highly desirable.
