About the Role

Due to a sharp increase in new high-end print production products, we are seeking an experienced service professional to join our NSW Print Production team, providing outstanding support and maintenance services to our valued customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and supporting color and black-and-white print equipment, as well as associated software and services solutions.

The role involves performing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen desire to learn and apply new skills in a continuously developing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install and support color and black-and-white print equipment and related software and services solutions
  • Perform on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the NSW Service Team and report to the Service Delivery Manager
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a professional customer-facing approach
  • A keen desire to learn and apply new skills in a continuously developing environment
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and going above and beyond
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying in regular contact with the team
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role and/or relevant IT and technical knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check
  • Current Australian working rights (Visa sponsorship is not available)
