Print Production Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials, working closely with the Production Buyer and broader creative and client services teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral.
  • Support the Production Buyer in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs.
  • Administer the ebidding process inclusive of raising PO's and collating vendor evidence.
  • Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage the distribution of collateral to stores, ensuring accuracy in quantities, formats, and dimensions per location.
  • Assist with packaging production logistics including approvals, material specs, and sample coordination.
  • Maintain production documentation and supplier records to ensure smooth project handover and close-out.
  • Monitor budget tracking and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with print processes and production terminology.
  • Experience using project management tools or systems.
  • Understanding of basic design and file formats; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is advantageous.
