Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Print Equipment Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for installing and supporting various print equipment and ancillary products.

About The Role:

This position requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with customers to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of their print equipment.

  • Installation and support of Colour and B&W print equipment
  • Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Print Production industry, although not essential for the right candidate in a similar field looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check
