This specialist is responsible for managing sampling, ordering, and delivery of store point-of-sale (POS) and marketing collateral. Additionally, they support the sourcing of vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs, track production timelines, and update stakeholders on progress.

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams is crucial in this role to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards. The specialist will also assist with packaging production logistics, maintain production documentation, and supplier records, and contribute to research on new materials and print methods as directed by the Production Buyer.

To be successful in this position, you should have experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar field. Familiarity with print processes and terminology is essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools or systems. Knowledge of basic design and file formats, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
