  • Creating a framework for the team to meet daily performance criteria.
  • Providing sales training to develop the team's skills.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer retention strategies.
  • Previous experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to motivate others towards achieving goals.
