Haematology Sales Specialist\DBG Health is seeking an experienced Haematology Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes.\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy\
  • Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making\
  • Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity\
  • Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content\
  • Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards\
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the haematology market, including current trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity\
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders on matters related to haematology and sales best practices\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics\
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence\
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales training and development programs\
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting DBG Health's values and mission through professional behavior and representation
\Requirements:\
  • \
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative\
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields\
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets\
