Overview Hospital Sales Rep, Haematology - NSW South.
As a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, you will play a key role in driving sales by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes.
The Role As a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that align with clinical needs and our company's mission.
Responsibilities Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategyDrive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-makingConduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunityTailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional contentFoster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards Skills & Experience A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Specialty Sales Representative or experienced Medical Sales RepresentativePrevious experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regardedProven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targetsFull Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5 star ANCAP safety rating Benefits & Perks Generous salary package + $24,000 car allowanceExclusive discounts on consumer health, wellness and beauty productsFree membership to 28 by Sam WoodGenerous parental leave schemeAccess discounted private health insurance through Australian Unity, AIA Health or NIBSupportive, values-driven team cultureOpportunity to grow career across divisions within DBG HealthOption to purchase additional leave and novated leasingDBG Health is committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all.
