We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Medical Workforce Unit within the People and Culture Department at Peter Mac. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, and Department Heads in the recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and rostering of medical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and process medical staff timesheet and overtime claims
- Coordinate and process end-to-end credentialing requirements for medical specialists
- Process salary recovery invoices
- Process new starter requirements for onboarding in SuccessFactors
- Process terminations as required in SuccessFactors
- Process Continuing Medical Education claims in consultation with the Manager and the Chief Medical Officer
- Prioritize effectively and function in a busy team work environment to meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar unit in the public or private sector
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and SuccessFactors
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or proficiency to learn, a payroll software package and credentialing software
- Liaise with and develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or proficiency to learn, medical terminology
- Ideal experience in HR, Payroll, or Recruitment relevant to the role
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
