Job Title: Cafe Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a charismatic and efficient individual to join our team as a Cafe Ambassador. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cafe operations, hosting events, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions.

Cafe Operations:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Serve beverages and food items according to cafe standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the cafe.
  • E nsure proper stocking and replenishment of inventory.

Event Hosting:

  • Coordinate and host birthday parties and special events.
  • Communicate effectively with party parents to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Set up event decorations, tables, and seating arrangements.
  • Serve food and beverages for each event.
  • Clean up and reset the event area after events.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Anticipate customer needs and offer assistance or recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
  • Assist colleagues during peak hours or as needed.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving cafe processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of customers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required.
