We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team at Top Point Cafe Restaurant.

Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service, manage cash handling and operating systems, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
  • Manage cash handling and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.

Requirements:

  • Australian work authorization (required)
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
