Leadership and Advisory Expertise

Rapidly growing teams require effective leaders who can manage multiple projects and staff. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role
  • Critical to our success are professionals with expertise in Corporate Valuations. Our team delivers high-quality valuations for taxation, transactional decision-making, and litigation purposes across various industries;
  • We also seek experts in Accounting Valuations, specializing in purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations, impairment tests, and option valuations for accounting purposes across diverse sectors;
  • In addition, we have a need for independent expert reports under ASIC and ASX requirements;
  • The ability to build and review complex Financial Models in Excel is essential for our clients;
  • A strong track record of Client Management and engagement management is also critical to our continued success;
  • Finally, as a leader and mentor, you will have the opportunity to develop and train junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field;
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, corporate valuation, and accounting principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
