  • Resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling
  • Contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing general administrative duties

We are looking for someone with experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry, intermediate computer literacy, and a qualification in Business Administration (desirable but not essential).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry

Intermediate computer literacy

Qualification in Business Administration (desirable but not essential)

Applicable industry licenses, including WWCC and First Aid/CPR

National criminal history/police check

Previous experience in a fast-paced Aged Care or Health Care setting

Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules
