About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to fill the position of Scheduling Coordinator in our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Wagga Wagga office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care worker schedules to meet client needs, addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner, and documenting phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage care worker schedules to meet client requirements
  • Address scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally
  • Action and document phone calls and communications related to scheduling, including roster changes and client inquiries
  • Contribute to the improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, and filing documentation into online systems
Requirements
  • Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Aged Care industry (preferable)
  • Experience using Visual Care software (preferable)
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and online systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing or urgent tasks
  • Australian work rights (essential)
  • Certification in Business Administration (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Relevant industry licenses, including WWCC and First Aid/CPR certification
  • National police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Aged Care or Health Care setting
  • Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules
