
Senior Schedule Manager

We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to fill the position of Scheduling Coordinator in our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Wagga Wagga office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care worker schedules to meet client needs, addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner, and documenting phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling.
Key Responsibilities- Manage care worker schedules to meet client requirements
- Address scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally
- Action and document phone calls and communications related to scheduling, including roster changes and client inquiries
- Contribute to the improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, and filing documentation into online systems
- Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Aged Care industry (preferable)
- Experience using Visual Care software (preferable)
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and online systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing or urgent tasks
- Australian work rights (essential)
- Certification in Business Administration (desirable but not mandatory)
- Relevant industry licenses, including WWCC and First Aid/CPR certification
- National police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Aged Care or Health Care setting
- Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules
