Relationship Fundraising Coordinator

Role OverviewThis pivotal role will support our Gifts in Wills team to drive strong relationships and engagement with valuable supporters through relationship and marketing activity.
You will be working alongside dedicated team members to deliver exceptional acquisition and stewardship activities, ensuring data quality within our CRM and with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Gifts in Wills team to deliver high-quality stewardship and acquisition activities.
- Manage inbound supporter enquiries and execute outbound correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate activities to report back to donors on the outcomes of their gifts.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our CRM and with suppliers.
- Assist in the execution and delivery of mass-market stewardship journeys.
- Fundraising experience desirable.
- Intermediate-advanced skills with MS Excel and Microsoft reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mature attitude and high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Demonstrated success managing suppliers and diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work autonomously or part of a cohesive team.

Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will be highly motivated, self-driven, and able to exercise initiative when necessary.
Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum-
