Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vendor and Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to vendor coordination, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

">Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall vendor relationships and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and executives
  • Conduct regular site inductions and monitor vendor performance to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Lead a team, train colleagues, and foster collaborative relationships at all levels
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement practices, recommending cost-reduction initiatives and optimizing operational standards
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A proven track record of delivering best practice services and successfully managing vendors/contractors
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements, as well as experience in vendor/contractor management
  • Superior communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain relevant baseline clearances/security checks
