Job Description:

Raging Waters Sydney is a premier waterpark in Sydney, home to over 40 epic slides and attractions. As an Inventory Management and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations across the park.

About the Role:

This role is crucial to ensuring seamless daily operations through the efficient flow of goods and materials. You will oversee the entry and receipting of purchase orders to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely supplier payments. You will also coordinate deliveries from suppliers, inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, and overseeing proper labeling, categorization, and storage of goods by zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, managing monthly stocktakes, and avoiding overstocking or shortages
  • Liaise with department heads to respond to daily or urgent inventory needs
  • Ensure timely delivery and clear communication on supply levels
  • Lead safety protocols, handling hazardous materials and equipment checks

Requirements:

  • Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel and SharePoint skills
  • Familiarity with manual tracking systems and FIFO practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of WHS compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
