Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our logistics, warehouse, and distribution strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will oversee service levels of 3rd party providers to maintain high customer satisfaction across Australia.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, cycle counts, reconciliations, and master data analysis.

Cycle Counts & Stocktakes: Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.

Inventory Management: Perform inventory reconciliations and variance reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Supplier & Customer Relations: Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transportation companies to arrange the collection and delivery of goods.

Strategic Planning: Participate in the APAC Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven experience in logistics, distribution, and imports/exports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
